3M / Accuspray Metal Body Model 19 HVLP Gun with 94-057 Pressure Cup

  

Metal bodied Accuspray Model 19 with very rare 94-057 Pressure Assisted 1 Quart Cup. I cleaned and lubricated this gun. The following items were replaced with brand new parts. 043 (1.1mm) fluid nozzle. 043 (1.1mm) Delrin Tip, stainless steel threaded needle shaft and the check valve with tubing for the pressure cup.

These 19 guns like low pressure. They are rated for 45psi max.

I tested this gun spraying paint thinner at 24psi and it sprayed amazing. It whispers and atomizes very nicely with very minimal overspray and bounce back. These guns work great with small compressors because of their low pressure need. This is an amazing gun.
