DeVilbiss JGHV-501 HVLP Turbine Spray Gun with Sharpe Model 450 Pressure Assisted 1 Quart Cup. The Gun is brand new, the cup is used in nice condition. These guns come originally with a round air inlet fitting that does not fit todays standard HVLP hose fittings.

So I've modified the air inlet with a fitting that will. This is a bleeder type gun so there will be constant air flowing through the cap whenever the turbine is on but material is only discharged when the trigger is engaged. The gun is fitted with a 1.4mm nozzle set. The fluid control knob is at the rear of the gun and the spray pattern control is the black dial right behind the air cap. Turn it left for smaller, narrower pattern and right for a wider pattern.

It is super responsive and works great. Same set up that the Apollo 7700 uses for fan pattern control. This set up has been tested spraying thinner with 2, 3, and 4 stage HVLP turbines and sprayed flawlessly with all of them. Nice well built DeVilbiss gun.
